Act Fast — Production Starts Quickly

At Ippon Life, every order goes straight into our print-on-demand production queue after it's placed. Because our production process begins within 2-3 business days of your order being confirmed, our window for cancellations and modifications is limited. We strongly encourage you to review your order — including size, style, shipping address, and item selection — carefully before completing your purchase.

Cancellation Requests

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request." We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet entered production. Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel the order, as the item is already being manufactured specifically for you.

Order Modifications

If you need to change your size, shipping address, or any other order detail, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Modifications can only be made before production has started. We cannot guarantee changes will be possible once the order has entered the production queue, but we will always try our best to assist you.

After Production Has Started

Once your order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If your completed order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy — we will make it right.
