Our Commitment to You

At Ippon Life, we stand behind every product we ship. If something isn't right, we want to fix it. Our goal is for every judoka who orders from us to be proud of what they receive — and if that doesn't happen due to a fault on our end, we will make it right.

Made-to-Order Policy

Because all Ippon Life products are printed on demand specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We strongly encourage all customers to review the size charts on each product page carefully before placing an order. If you need sizing guidance, contact us at [email protected] before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect, a print error, or if you received the wrong item, we will replace or refund it at no additional cost to you. To initiate a claim, please email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photograph of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once we review your claim, we will either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund in USD to your original payment method, depending on your preference and item availability. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund: items returned without prior authorization, items damaged due to improper care or washing (please follow our care instructions), and orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.

Governing Law

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from purchases made on Ippon Life shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming, United States.
