Production Time

Every Ippon Life product — from our judo t-shirts and hoodies to our mugs and tote bags — is printed to order just for you. This means your item isn't sitting in a warehouse; it's crafted fresh after you place your order. Production typically takes 2-3 business days from the time your order is confirmed. You'll receive an email notification with your tracking information as soon as your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, standard shipping within the USA takes approximately 3-5 business days. Combined with production, most customers receive their orders within 5-8 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at [email protected].

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet every estimated delivery window, factors outside our control — including carrier delays, severe weather, or high-volume holiday periods — may occasionally extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed. For time-sensitive orders such as tournament gifts or holiday presents, we recommend placing your order at least 10–12 business days in advance.
